Join us as we talk with Cate Stillman, C.A.S. , about mothers as the center of our families and communities. It is the mother who most often holds — in mind, body and spirit — the family organism. (All of us at Own It, Sister! are mothers — we have eight children between us!) We’ll explore, with Cate, ways to strengthen and nourish this vital link through the lens of Ayurveda. Cate is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Certified Anusara Yoga instructor who offers The Ayurvedic Living Courses, a 9-month teleconference course, to assist people in applying Ayurvedic wisdom to enhance daily living and shift lifestyles to support evolving consciousness. She co-owns YogaTejas, an Anusara yoga studio, in Driggs, Idaho as well as offering teleconference cleanse courses, Anusara Yoga Immersions, & Ayurvedic workshops in yoga studios around the U.S.

Don’t you love long summer evenings? This time of year is so luxurious and expansive; it’s the perfect time to broaden your vision and stretch into greater possibility. Jeanie, Sarah and Whitney, the Own It, Sister! co-founders, will draw on the dynamism of the season coupled with an understanding of your “wealth instinct” to bring you a show that will inspire you to embrace your worth, embody your wisdom and claim your wealth on a whole new level.
Join Whitney Wogan, Jeanie Manchester & Sarah Hoskin Clymer as they open up the phone lines to talk with you about what’s up in your life with money. Where do you feel stuck? What’s really working for you? Share your experiences and learn from the tremendously deep well of our collective, feminine wisdom. Is there some trick you’ve learned to cutting your grocery bills? How does money feel in your body? What do you do to move out of fear and into the flow? Is there a question you would love to ask other women who listen to Own It, Sister? We’ve gathered for centuries around the hearth to support, listen to and encourage each other. Now we can do it on a much larger scale! Join us at the Own It, Sister! hearth for some soul nourishment.
